REFUND POLICY:

Please read carefully as our refund policy is clearly outlined below:

1. Prior to sending any item back for a refund, you must notify us of your intentions via telephone, or e-mail in order for us to properly handle the matter.

2. All returned items must be intact and properly wrapped so as to prevent damage caused during the shipping process.

3. The customer is completely responsible for all charged involved in returning the item (I.E. shipping and handling).

4. All items must be received at our store within a reasonable time frame (7-10 days, not to exceed 14 days).  Any items not received as previously mentioned will not be refunded. 

5. A 15% restocking fee applies to all items being returned.
